The “Lean & Value Creation” 2025 Management Cadre Team Building Event Has Successfully Concluded.

At 8:00 a.m. on August 17, 2025, the “Lean·Value Creation” team-building event—planned and promoted by the company’s Human Resources Department—kicked off at the Fire Safety Center Gymnasium. The company’s General Manager, Wang Xuexin, led a team of nearly 50 company executives and managers to participate in this event.

Launch Ceremony for Safety Production Month and Safety Pledge Signing Event

To thoroughly implement the state’s major decisions and deployments on work safety, firmly establish the concept of safe development, fulfill enterprises’ primary responsibility for work safety, promote the building of a safety culture within enterprises, and create a strong atmosphere for “Work Safety Month,” at 3:00 p.m. on June 4, the company solemnly held the 2025 “Work Safety Month” launch ceremony and safety pledge-signing event at the south plaza of Warehouse No. 7, under the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identify and Rectify Safety Hazards Around Us.”

To enhance employees’ awareness of product quality and create a strong atmosphere for the Quality Month activities, on the afternoon of July 14, the Quality Control Department and the Component Business Unit jointly held the launch ceremony and quality pledge-signing event for the 2023 Quality Month, themed “Quality Awareness Resides in My Heart; Product Quality Lies in My Hands.” The launch ceremony was chaired by Wen Yawei, Head of the Quality Control Department. Yang Jieqiang, Director of the Company’s Technology Center, Cheng Lipeng, Assistant General Manager of the Component Business Unit, and relevant staff from both the Quality Control Department and the Component Business Unit attended the event.

The company successfully held the team-building event titled “Organizational Change Drives Efficiency—Team Integration Fuels Shared Growth.”

From June 9 to 10, 2023, the two-day team-building event for 2023—“Organizational Change Drives Efficiency; Team Integration Promotes Common Development”—organized and facilitated by the company’s Human Resources Department kicked off in the conference hall of the BMW Hotel. A total of 104 participants, including Guo Hongmei, Deputy General Manager of the company, as well as cadres and key personnel from various departments, took part in this training and development program.
