To enhance employees’ awareness of product quality and create a strong atmosphere for the quality month activities, on the afternoon of September 6, the quality control department and the component business unit jointly held the launch ceremony and quality pledge-signing event for the 2025 quality month, themed “strengthening comprehensive quality management to support high-quality enterprise development.” the launch ceremony was hosted by yuan xiaodan from the quality management section. Li meisheng, general manager of the component business unit, zhao zhenxing and zhao chuan, assistant general managers, zhang xiaodong from the quality control department, and relevant personnel from the component business unit attended the event.
At 3:00 P.M., the ceremony began promptly. Zhang xiaodong, head of the company’s quality control department, gave a brief review of the quality work carried out by the components division in the first half of the year and also shared case studies of typical quality issues from recent years, thereby enhancing everyone’s awareness of the importance of product quality. He urged all employees to take the quality month as an opportunity to further foster a strong atmosphere dedicated to continuous quality improvement and set forth specific requirements for their next steps in quality enhancement efforts.
Subsequently, general managers zhao zhenxing and zhao chuan presented certificates of honor and cash prizes to the top two teams that earned the title of “quarterly outstanding quality management team” for June through August, encouraging each winner to keep up the good work and lead their teams in further enhancing quality control efforts.

Li meisheng, general manager of the components division, summarized this event and put forward specific requirements for future quality initiatives. He encouraged everyone to take the “quarterly outstanding quality management team” as a role model in their future work, strictly adhere to self- and mutual-inspection standards, and firmly keep in mind the “three no’s” principle—“do not accept defective products, do not manufacture defective products, and do not allow defective products to leave the facility.” he urged everyone to deeply embed quality awareness into their hearts and rigorously control product quality. He also called on all employees to build confidence, express their determination, and actively enhance their awareness of quality improvement, wholeheartedly contributing their efforts to the company’s quality management work.
