Tender Notice for A07 Project Steel Plate Molds and Inspection Tools
Due to production needs, our company is now launching a tender for the procurement of steel plate molds, inspection tools, and fixtures for Project A07. This procurement will be conducted via an open bidding process. All bidders are requested to submit their bids in accordance with the technical requirements.
I. Main Content
Based on the product development parts list and part 3D models, we are required to develop corresponding molds, inspection tools, and fixtures; conduct CAE-based concurrent analysis; perform process design, manufacturing, adjustment, shipping, on-site commissioning and acceptance testing, as well as after-sales service.

III. Quotation Requirements
1. The bid price is the turnkey price delivered on-site by the purchaser, covering services including design, fabrication and manufacturing, supply, transportation, insurance, loading and unloading, installation, commissioning, trial operation, production support, acceptance, as well as all applicable taxes and fees.
2. The quotation must specify the unit price and the warranty period.
IV. Bid Response Deadline
The bidding for the mold will open at 10:00 a.m. on April 6, 2021.
1. Paper Bidding Documents: The paper documents of the bid shall be sealed separately in three copies and delivered to our company via SF Express or in person before 10:00 a.m. on April 6.
2. Electronic Bidding Documents: The bidding documents must be scanned into PDF format and submitted via Email to the Procurement Office Email cgk@tianhecn.cn before 10:00 a.m. on April 6.
The bidding for the inspection and fixture equipment will open at 10:00 a.m. on April 9, 2021.
