To enhance employees’ awareness of product quality and create a strong atmosphere for the Quality Month activities, on the afternoon of July 14, the Quality Control Department and the Component Business Unit jointly held the launch ceremony and quality pledge-signing event for the 2023 Quality Month, themed “Quality Awareness in My Heart, Product Quality in My Hands.” The launch ceremony was chaired by Wen Yawei, Head of the Quality Control Department. Yang Jieqiang, Director of the Company’s Technology Center, Cheng Lipeng, Assistant General Manager of the Component Business Unit, and relevant staff from both the Quality Control Department and the Component Business Unit attended the event.
At 3:00 p.m., the ceremony began promptly. Wen Yawei, Head of the Quality Control Department, read out the announcement on personnel rewards for the self-inspection process conducted from May to June 2023, encouraging every employee to actively strive for the title of “Quality Model.” Cheng Lipeng, Assistant General Manager of the Component Business Division, then announced the names of the winners of the “Quality Model” award for the second quarter along with their corresponding commendations, giving high recognition to those honored as “Quality Models.” Yang Jieqiang, Technical Director, presented awards to the employees who had earned the “Quality Model” title for the second quarter, urging each recipient to keep up the good work and give their all in their daily tasks. Under the leadership of General Managers Yang and Cheng, all attendees took a solemn oath on quality and carefully signed their names on the quality-themed banner.
Technical Director Yang Jieqiang summarized this event and put forward specific requirements for future quality work. He encouraged everyone to take the “Quality Model” as an example in their future work, strictly adhere to the self-inspection and mutual inspection standards, and firmly keep in mind the “Three No’s” principle—“Do not accept defective products, do not manufacture defective products, and do not allow defective products to leave the facility.” He urged everyone to always keep quality awareness at the forefront of their minds, rigorously control product quality, and wholeheartedly contribute their efforts to the company’s quality management.
