The company successfully held the team-building event titled “Organizational Change Drives Efficiency—Team Integration Fuels Shared Growth.”

From June 9 to 10, 2023, the two-day team-building event for 2023—titled “Driving Efficiency Through Organizational Change and Achieving Common Growth through Team Integration”—organized and facilitated by the company’s Human Resources Department kicked off in the conference hall of the BMW Hotel. A total of 104 participants, including Guo Hongmei, Deputy General Manager of the company, as well as cadres and key personnel from various departments, took part in this training program.
“Team Formation”: Under the coach’s organizational guidance, through a series of team tasks—including lineup adjustments, delegation of authority, assigning code names, developing team names and mottos, and creating team flags—participants quickly break down barriers among themselves, establish a foundation of trust, and foster a positive team culture.
The “Digital Password” segment helped everyone understand the importance of communication and execution—working alone is no match for teamwork.
The “Power Circle” activity helped everyone understand the importance of trust and perseverance within a team. Throughout the entire project, participants supported and assisted each other, successfully completing the team tasks with high quality.
The “Black-and-White Business Battle” segment helped everyone realize the importance of win-win cooperation and gain an understanding of the “zero-sum principle” and the “win-win theory.” As the saying goes, “A single flower does not make spring; it’s when myriad flowers bloom together that the garden is filled with spring.”
The “Inception” segment demonstrated that the accuracy of communication and expression plays a decisive role in achieving the task. This project also helped everyone realize the importance of team communication, coordination, and division of labor.
The “Crossing the Power Grid” segment helped everyone understand how to allocate human resources reasonably, how individuals can find their place within a team, leverage their strengths, and ensure that the right people are placed in the right positions.
After each project concluded, members of every group eagerly took to the stage to share their insights and reflections. They discussed their learnings and gains from various perspectives, including teamwork, preliminary planning, shared benefits, communication and coordination, integrity, leadership, decision-making skills, and execution capabilities.
Mr. Guo summarized this team-building training session. On behalf of the company, Mr. Guo expressed gratitude to all participants, as well as to Coach Leiting and the staff who worked tirelessly throughout the training. He also emphasized the importance of leadership, trust, communication, collaboration, execution, and adaptability—qualities that were vividly demonstrated during this team-building exercise. Although this training has come to an end, the organizational transformation, team integration, and personal growth are just beginning. Let us work together with one heart and one mind to contribute our rightful strength and wisdom to building the Tianhe brand!
