Tianhe Motor Dies Co., Ltd. plans to outsource the company's staff canteen. To uphold the principles of openness, impartiality, and fairness, we are hereby launching a public tender open to the general public. Interested organizations are welcome to submit their bids.
I. Project Name: Outsourcing of Canteen Operation Services
II. Service Content: Daily operation of the employee cafeteria, ensuring timely and safe meal service for employees.
(1) Meal provision for company employees
The company currently has over 700 employees, and the number of people dining daily in the company cafeteria remains relatively stable. Approximately 400 people have lunch each day, while around 200 people dine at other meal times. Specifically:
1. Lunch (meal time: 11:30–13:10); meal allowance: 8–10 yuan per person;
2. Dinner (meal time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Meal standard: 5 yuan per person;
3. Night-shift meal (meal time: 00:00–00:40); meal allowance: 5 yuan per person.
(2) Client Reception Dining
1. Regular customers can obtain meal vouchers (standard rate: 10 yuan per person) and dine in the staff cafeteria hall.
2. Key clients will be seated in the cafeteria’s private dining room according to standard arrangements.
3. The company’s leadership is attending an urgent reception arranged by the public security authorities.
III. Information on Bid Document Receiving:
1. Start time for receiving bid documents: December 19, 2021
2. Deadline for submission of bid documents: December 22, 2021
3. Submission of Bidding Documents:
(1) Paper Bidding Documents: The paper documents of the bidding file must be sealed separately, in five copies, and delivered to our company via SF Express or in person before 10:00 a.m. on December 22.
(2) Electronic Bid: The bidding documents must be scanned into PDF format and submitted via Email to the company's Email address: hbtqmbgs@163.com before 10:00 a.m. on December 22, 2021.
(3) Both a hard copy of the bid document and an electronic version must be submitted simultaneously.
4. Bid bond: RMB 5,000.00 (¥5,000.00) exactly.
III. Method for Obtaining Tender Documents:
1. Price of tender documents: 0 yuan.
2. Channel for distributing tender documents: Register by contacting the person in charge at the company’s General Affairs Department. After your application is approved, the electronic version of the tender documents will be distributed to you.
