The “Lean & Value Creation” 2025 Management Cadre Team Building Event Has Successfully Concluded.

2025-09-12

At 8:00 a.m. on August 17, 2025, the “Lean·Value Creation” team-building event—planned and promoted by the company’s Human Resources Department—kicked off at the Fire Safety Center Gymnasium. The company’s General Manager, Wang Xuexin, led a team of nearly 50 company executives and managers to participate in this event.

“Team Inspection”: By enforcing uniform movements and slogans, we help the team focus their attention. Standing at attention cultivates a sense of collective honor and shame—when one member succeeds, the whole team succeeds; when one member falters, the entire team suffers. This approach encourages employees to increase their engagement and face today’s challenges with even greater enthusiasm and energy.

“Team Building”: Under the coach’s organization and guidance, a series of team tasks—including creating team names, team slogans, team songs, and team flags—quickly break down barriers among participants, boost morale, lay the foundation for trust, and foster a positive team culture.

“True Self-Style”: Each team has undergone a profound transformation—from “chaotic and disorganized” to “orderly and effective.” Everyone has personally experienced that under pressure, poor communication, unclear responsibilities, or working in isolation can all lead to a sharp decline in efficiency. It’s precisely this painful realization that has enabled teams to learn how to establish clear instructions, ensure accurate coordination, and create seamless collaborative workflows.

“Information Transmission”: By personally experiencing the pain of “communication distortion” and the effectiveness of “mechanism optimization,” team members will deeply realize that accurate communication is not accidental—it stems from meticulous upfront planning and design, as well as a relentless pursuit of lean processes, enabling us to achieve maximum value. As a result, “proactive communication, accurate feedback, process optimization, and continuous improvement” will become ingrained in the team’s working DNA, fundamentally enhancing collaborative efficiency and execution capabilities.

“Dreaming of the Heavenly Crane”: Through an immersive experience that involves “writing down your dreams, releasing your dreams into the sky, and searching for your dreams,” this activity profoundly embodies the core values of teamwork and trust. It’s not merely a game—it’s a vivid, practical lesson in management. It allows us to truly grasp that “we” are stronger than “I.” Only by breaking down barriers and collaborating wholeheartedly can we unite our strengths, overcome obstacles, and collectively realize the grand “Heavenly Crane Dream.”

General Manager Wang Xuexin delivered a concluding speech, expressing the company’s heartfelt appreciation and sincere gratitude to all colleagues for their enthusiastic team spirit and creativity demonstrated throughout the preparation and participation in the event. He pointed out that this uniquely designed event successfully achieved its original goal of “learning through fun.” General Manager Wang earnestly hopes that all management personnel and core team members will deeply embrace the essence of this event, drawing on the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and profound insights gained from it to apply them flexibly and comprehensively in their future management practices and decision-making processes—thereby continuously enhancing both individual and organizational competitiveness and jointly driving the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.

The implementation of this event has created a platform for cadres to communicate and interact during their spare time, strengthening their awareness of teamwork, sense of responsibility, and execution capabilities. At the same time, it has infused cadres with new insights into the “Lean & Value Creation” philosophy, elevating their understanding of cost management, team collaboration, lean thinking, and value creation to a higher level. This will inject fresh momentum into the company’s future leapfrog development. (Provided by the Human Resources Department)
